    Como corrigir a Falha?

    1- Com os usuários fora do sistema, no servidor acesse, Serviços:

    2- Pare os serviços do Prosoft na seguinte ordem:

    • Prosoft Guardião
    • Prosoft econtador
    • Prosoft Serviço de Integração
    • Prosoft Gerenciador de Serviços
    • Prosoft Licenciamento
    • Wkb.Integra.Local.API
    • Wkb.Integra.Local.Health
    • Wkb.Integra.Local.Receiver
    • Wkb.Integra.Local.Sender
    • Pervasive
    • SQL SERVER

    3- Inicie os serviços referentes ao Prosoft na seguinte ordem:

    • Pervasive
    • SQL SERVER
    • Prosoft Guardião
    • Prosoft econtador
    • Prosoft Serviço de Integração
    • Prosoft Gerenciador de Serviços
    • Prosoft Licenciamento
    • Wkb.Integra.Local.API
    • Wkb.Integra.Local.Health
    • Wkb.Integra.Local.Receiver
    • Wkb.Integra.Local.Sender
